When we set out to undergo an adaptive reuse of the 8899 Beverly Boulevard building, a 10-story office building, our aim was to enhance this already fantastic and dynamic neighborhood in West Hollywood. Convert the surplus of office into residential vis-a-vis an adaptive reuse of the existing building. Decrease the amount of traffic generated by the property. Build in the greenest manner possible and create a lasting and sustainable property.

Monday, October 8, 2012. Have designed a shearers quarters on sheep farm on North Bruny Island in Tasmania, Australia. This beguiling shearers quarters sits as a companion building to an existing historic cottage on a working sheep farm. Located on the site of the old shearing shed that was destroyed by fire, the residence houses shearers, and family and friends on annual tree planting weekends and retreats. Saturday, October 6, 2012.
